This strategic acquisition establishes an experienced, combined Salesforce practice of 70 people located across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The deal strengthens VISEO’s industry focus areas across manufacturing, property, construction and consumer goods, and enhances VISEO capabilities in Australia across the Salesforce services lifecycle, from advisory and system build through to implementation and managed services.

With a compound annual growth rate of 57% and headcount increasing from seven to 30 in the past four years, Carnac Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality Salesforce consulting services is a story of sustained, organic growth. Carnac Group’s accomplishments include winning the global Salesforce Partner Innovation Award for Consulting Partners (up-to-200 employees) for the Salesforce Customer 360 implementation for Australian homebuilder, Rawson Group.

Post-deal, VISEO’s Salesforce practice now has a team of 70 staff, positioning VISEO as a key player in the ANZ region.
The combined business will be led by existing VISEO Australia’s VP, James Keaney. “It was important for us to align with an organisation that shared similar aspirations, and the new practice has a values-led culture committed to making a positive impact for our clients,” said James.
