Capgemini is a publicly listed multinational IT services and consulting company headquartered in France.
The deal was Capgemini’s 5th acquisition in APAC over the prior 2-year period, with the objective of accelerating their growth in Salesforce within the region.
The sellers ultimately joined a larger entity and lead the APAC strategy as Head of APAC for Salesforce.
Aodigy engaged SCD due to our expertise in handling unsolicited approaches and prior experience on the sale of Acclimation to Capgemini. SCD collaborated with Aodigy to identify key components for a successful sale, set up a data room for the transaction, and negotiate key terms in the Letter of Intent (LOI) to facilitate a smooth execution

Our strong processes, honed through previous transactions, enabled us to manage a fully digital transaction during the COVID period, ensuring efficiency and timeliness
Despite limited preparation, SCD successfully led an intensive due diligence exercise under exclusivity, ultimately closing the deal on schedule. This demonstrated our capacity to deliver significant value in bilateral negotiations
