Deal Rationale
The deal facilitated the complete exit of HSD’s two founders, offering them full liquidity. Additionally, it includes a structured succession plan for the Managing Director, ensuring a smooth leadership transition post-transaction.
For Atturra, the acquisition was strategically important to enter the defence and Canberra market, leveraging HSD’s established presence and expertise in this sector.

After a brief pause to await clarity on a major public sector tender, SCD restarted the process with a select group of potential buyers, leading to 4 non-binding offers. HSD entered exclusivity with Atturra due to their alignment on speed and synergies.
