The main shareholder of the sellers sought to achieve liquidity and succession planning after successfully growing DBM Consultants for over 25 years.
For the buyer, the acquisition provided access to a new market and country, expanding their international presence.

SCD initiated an advisory phase to thoroughly understand DBM Consultants and prepare the business for a potential sale, including conducting a “prep4sale” workshop and developing a business plan focused on digital transformation. The goal was to find a trade buyer who could leverage DBM’s reputation and create substantial synergies.
