For the seller, the goal was to exit the silent financial majority investor.
For Hardie Grant Media, the acquisition provided access to new digital capabilities, expanded geographic reach into Queensland, and enhanced managerial competency.

Reload engaged SCD for advisory services due to our extensive experience in the Media & Marketing M&A market. Over a two-month period, SCD collaborated with Reload to prepare all necessary sale materials and go-to-market. Management presentations were held with 8 parties, resulting in 3 competitive offers from both local private companies and a Private Equity firm. Reload’s shareholders ultimately entered exclusivity with Hardie Grant Media and initiated the due diligence process.
