For the sellers, the deal facilitated the exit of one co-founder and allowed the other co-founder to pursue a new career path.

For Assystem, the acquisition provided access to new markets in the UK and Australia, expanding their global footprint.

SCD Approach

LogiKal engaged SCD to manage the sale process, leveraging SCD’s expertise in cross-border deals across various sectors. SCD efficiently handled the preparation phase, creating teasers, budgets, and an information memorandum. A full outreach process followed, involving Q&A sessions, management presentations, and offer negotiations. LogiKal received four offers, with Assystem selected due to its cultural and strategic fit, along with a competitive deal structure.

SCD Value Add

SCD brought significant credibility in managing cross-border transactions, coordinating an end-to-end sell-side process for the three sister companies in the UK, Hong Kong, and Australia. SCD’s ability to structure staff and management incentives ensured alignment between all parties, while the deal with Assystem secured a strategic valuation premium, adding further value to the transaction.
