Information Quality (IQ) is a leading Digital Engineering Services and Engineering Consulting firm that operates as the nations’ leading provider of information management, asset management and engineering data managements services to the owners and operators of asset intensive sites such as processing plants, mine sites, manufacturing facilities and/or refineries.
SGS is a large, internationally listed group providing testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) services across multiple sectors and markets.

IQ’s expertise strengthens SGS’s ability to deliver advanced, data-driven services that enhance digital trust, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. The acquisition also creates opportunities to extend these capabilities and drive further growth across Australia.
