For MI-GSO | PCUBED, the acquisition provided an opportunity to enter a new market in Australia.

Following management presentations and negotiations, 3 offers were received, with the global buyer ultimately chosen for their strategic fit and interest in expanding their Australian footprint.

SCD leveraged its strong track record in the payroll sector and cross-border deal execution to manage the transaction smoothly. SCD’s expertise in navigating sensitive due diligence topics allowed for an accelerated process, guiding MetaPM through critical steps. By managing the exclusivity period and streamlining the due diligence process, SCD ensured a timely deal closure.
